You don't know what it means by Tickle Master? or Tickle Attack Champ? Means like Minato is the best at tickling someone, better than Kushina and Naruto. They were kinda doing a tickle fight and Naruto was trying to avoid it cuz he's extremely ticklish. Parents are playful with their children sometimes. I can imagine Naruto's parents are that way with him cuz Naruto is a fun, energetic, hyperactive kid, plus extremely ticklish.
If you seen in that one episode of the first series. When Jiraiya put his hand on Naruto's stomach, Naruto laughed a little cuz it tickled. The seal appeared on Naruto's stomach and it was the first time Jiraiya has ever seen it. It was when Naruto and Jiraiya were working on the walking on water technique.
I love anime and manga Naruto or Naruto Shippuuden. I like draw and hearing Japanese song. My English isn't very well
